How to Practice

  1. Start in Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
  2. Shift your weight onto your left foot
  3. Bend your right knee and place your right foot on your left inner thigh
  4. Press your foot and thigh together firmly
  5. Bring your hands to prayer position at your chest
  6. Focus on a fixed point in front of you
  7. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then switch sides
